This is a legal Agreement between you and ArabChatLand.Com and should be read carefully before registering for our membership subscription service. By registering as a Member of ArabChatLand.Com you are acknowledging that you agree to be bound by the Terms of Use of this Agreement for as long as you continue to remain a Member of ArabChatLand.Com. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, please refrain from using the membership services offered by ArabChatLand.Com.


1.THE SERVICE

ArabChatLand.Com is an online community that facilitates contact between members who may or may not be seeking friendship or a relationship with other like-minded consenting adults. We only offer the means for you to meet other people in a safe and healthy environment and are by no means obligated to provide any other service other than stated.


2.MEMBERSHIP

2.1 Membership – You are able to become a member of ArabChatLand.Com free of charge. However, Standard free membership will only enable you to actively participate in a limited number of the services provided by ArabChatLand.Com. Once you become a paying subscriber of the services provided by ArabChatLand.Com, you will gain access to additional features of the Service. Providing the relevant fees are paid, access to these additional features will be granted accordingly.

2.2 Subscription Plans and fees – The ‘Upgrade Membership’ page on ArabChatLand.Com details the different subscription plans and the corresponding fees. These subscription fees are subject to change from time to time. When changes commence, they will be posted on the ‘Upgrade Membership’ page of our Website and are effective immediately following posting.

2.3 Payment – You are under obligation to provide us with accurate, current and complete information to enable us to charge subscription fees correctly. This information must be updated should there be any changes to your financial details to ensure that payment details are never misleading.

2.4 Eligibility – The online networking facilities provided by ArabChatLand.Com are offered strictly to adults only. You must be 18 years of age and over to become a member of our Service. By using our Website, you confirm that you are a consenting adult and have the legal authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement and will adhere to the Terms  of Use outlined by this Agreement. However, ArabChatLand.Com does not accept liability or responsibility for any persons under the required age using this Website in violation of the Terms of Useof ArabChatLand.Com. Any contact or transfer of information by persons using the services of this Website in violation of said Terms of Use will be dealt with accordingly.

2.5 Member ID and Password – Each registered member will be automatically allocated a Member ID (Identification) upon registration. Each member will be able to create of password of their choice. The Member ID and Pasword assigned/chosen it used to securely login and use the sites features. Additionally, each registering member will be able to create a Username of their choice. The Username is merely to personalize their profiles and help other members to identify each other easily. ArabChatLand.Com reserve the right to examine individual Usernames and refuse selected Usernames or profile content for any reason should they be deemed inappropriate. Each member is solely responsible for the confidentiality and use of their Member ID and password and may not by any means provide an unauthorized third party the use of their ID for any purpose relating to the use of our Website. All activities conducted through your membership must be conducted in accordance with this Agreement and must not be offending or salacious to other members.

2.6 Termination of Membership – Either you or ArabChatLand.Com reserve the right to terminate membership at any time providing written notice is provided to the other party. Due to incurred processing charges, all fees paid are non-refundable. If it is brought to our attention at any time that you have breached the terms of this Agreement, ArabChatLand.Com reserve the right to terminate your membership.


3. COMMUNITY CONDUCT

3.1 Personal Responsibility – ArabChatLand.Com pledges to make the Website as safe and enjoyable as possible for all members to enable them to experience the benefits of an online community. However, by accepting this Agreement you are acknowledging that your use of the Website is solely at your own risk. ArabChatLand.Com advises members to never give out personal information such as home addresses, work contacts and other private information to other members they are not familiar with. If you do arrange to meet another member in person, you acknowledge that that is your right as a consenting adult and is solely at your own risk.

3.2 Posted Materials – As a member of the online community provided by ArabChatLand.Com, you must ensure that the material you may or may not transmit to other members is virus free and is in no way, shape or form offensive. You will not post or transmit to other Members or employees, any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party's rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity). Any inappropriate conduct reported to ArabChatLand.Com will be dealt with accordingly. ArabChatLand.Com does not accept responsibility or liability for any interference or damage incurred by your computer system in conjunction with using our service. This is due to the fact that by acknowledging your acceptance of this agreement, you are confirming that you as a personal computer user will do all you can to ensure that your machine is protected from any such attacks as well as not exposing others to risks originating from your computer.
You agree not to use the Website services to engage in unauthorised mass distribution of e-mail, junk mail, chain letters or “spam” nor will you use the Service or the Website for any unwarranted commercial purposes. This includes attempting to or actually soliciting money from other members, users or the Website through any means. You agree not to harass or stalk any other member or employee of ArabChatLand.Com who clearly has expressed clearly that they wish to cease communications. You will not post, transmit or gather information from other members without written consent including without limitation, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, URLs or full names through the services of posting information provided to you under Agreement by ArabChatLand.Com.

You will not use any manual or automatic device or process including without limitation spiders, robots or other site search/retrieval applications to ‘data mine’, retrieve or index any information with the aim of reproducing or circumventing any of the Websites contents or navigational structures. This will not be tolerated.

3.3 Information Confidentiality – The Website Privacy Policy governs any personal information divulged to ArabChatLand.Com relating to membership details. You agree that this information will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary and ArabChatLand.Com reserves the right to use such material or information without restriction in the process of pre-populating a database for any website owned and operated by the Company which is similar to ArabChatLand.Com. With your acknowledgement of this Agreement, you agree that any such material or information (relating to profiles) provided by you will be available for other members of the Website to read.

3.4 Copyright Assigned – You agree that all material and information posted, transmitted or otherwise provided by you is your original work and not that of a third party. The rights of all Intellectual Property and the respective authors should always be respected. Members should never wrongfully claim ownership of any submitted works or materials. Copyright Infringment is a serious violation of international copyright laws and should always be avoided.


4. INFORMATION
         
4.1 Information Security – ArabChatLand.Com will take every precaution to ensure all information submitted and transmitted by you to the Website is secure. However, due to the nature of the Internet ArabChatLand.Com cannot guarantee the security of all data transmission. Accordingly, all data and information transmitted by you to ArabChatLand.Com is at your own risk.

4.2 Monitoring of Information – ArabChatLand.Com reserves the right to Monitor all services provided to Members via the Website. These services include without limitation profiles, video and audio recordings, instant messages, chat rooms and forums. The monitoring of these services is aimed at protecting all Members and ensuring that the requirements of ArabChatLand.Com Terms of Use are continually upheld.

4.3 Information Editing – ArabChatLand.Com reserves the right to delete, move or edit transmitted materials (including video recordings, audio recordings and profiles) and materials that are deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion. ArabChatLand.Com are not responsible for any content of the above-mentioned postings by Members.
 

5. ADVERTISEMENTS

Any advertisements (including hyperlinks to websites owned by individual  Advertisers) is the sole responsibility of said Advertisers. Advertisements appearing on the Website do not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of the Advertiser’s products or services by  ArabChatLand.Com. Any links to websites not relating to advertisements are provided for Members convenience only. ArabChatLand.Com are not responsible for the accuracy or maintenance of Linked Websites. The content and privacy practices associated with Linked Websites are not the responsibility of ArabChatLand.Com.


6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

ArabChatLand.Com does not claim any ownership rights in any Materials that you submit, post, or display on the ArabChatLand.Com Web site. After submitting, posting or displaying Materials on or through the ArabChatLand.Com Web site, you continue to retain all ownership rights in such Materials, and you continue to have the right to use your Materials in any way you choose.
